Stonewood Property Management, LLC is a family owned business since 1996; formally known as Steinmetz Rental Properties, Inc. that has been in Boulder since 1976. Our portfolio expanded from the Front Range to the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Ouray in 2016.

We take great pride and responsibility in maintaining positive and responsive communication with our tenants. We strive to provide nicely appointed accommodations at reasonable prices. There are no middle-persons or real estate agents to inflate our rents. We appreciate you, our tenant.
